Refunds & Cancellation

Requests received less than three (3) business days before the end of the current service cycle will be considered for the next billing cycle. Real-time recharge or bill payment transactions cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

3. Recharge Transactions

Mobile recharges, DTH top-ups, FASTag, and bill payments are real-time and instant. Once the service provider processes a transaction successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Failed Transactions

If money is deducted from your bank account or wallet but the recharge is not successful:

  • Your money is safe and will not be lost.
  • A refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You may track the status in your transaction history or contact support with your Transaction ID.

5. Incorrect Information

Recharge For All is not responsible for transactions made to incorrect mobile numbers, DTH IDs, consumer numbers, or account numbers entered by the user. Please double-check details before initiating payment.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. For example:

  • If paid by credit/debit card, the refund will go back to the same card.
  • If paid via payment gateway or wallet, the amount will return to the same wallet or account.

7. Project/Service-Based Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with custom services or project-based work provided by Recharge For All, you may request a refund. Such refunds will be considered only after evaluation of the complaint and verification of the issue.

8. Dispute Resolution
